Membership

Membership at the Bull Run Swim & Racquet Club is specific to the eleven (11) member Associations in the Bull Run Community. Each Association collects Homeowner’s Association dues that include payment of Bull Run Swim & Racquet Club dues (equal to $19.95 monthly, beginning January 2014). Check the listing of street names below to see if you live in a member community.

Rental Properties

If you are a renter within the eleven member Associations in the Bull Run community, your landlord will need to release his/her rights to the use of BRS&RC facilities before you will be able to obtain a pool pass to use the pool, access for use of the gym or rental of clubroom. Each year your landlord will need to forward a completed Transfer of Rights form along with the current copy of your lease to the onsite office.  If you are a Tenant and you were a member of the pool last year, your pool pass has been put on hold pending receipt of this year’s paperwork from your landlord.  Please visit the Forms tab to download a Transfer of Rights form.*

Club memberships remain the property of the home owner.  Assignment of facilities privileges, including pool passes, is at the owner’s discretion.

Late Assessments

Please remember, the governing documents [Article V, Section d] require that assessments to your member Association need to be paid to date (good standing) for you to be able to utilize the facilities and pool.  Access to the Club amenities will be denied if your assessments to your member Association are not paid to date.  Passes will not be issued to any resident or household whose assessments are not paid up to date.
